Dutton Flats participates in an affordable housing program! Our apartments are limited to 30%, 50%, and 60% of Area Media Income (AMI).
All adult household members 18 years of age and older are required to complete the application and sign additional required documents. Please note that units will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis, based on household size and income.
THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR YOUR APPLICATION:
IDENTIFICATION - Driver's License, DMV ID card, Alien Registration Card
CITIZENSHIP STATUS - Birth Certificate for all household members, Alien Registration card(s), amnesty card(s), naturalization papers
SOCIAL SECURITY CARD - Social Security Card or verification from SSA that you applied
EMPLOYEE PAY STUB - Most recent, consecutive 3 month's pay stubs showing the name and address of the employee & employer
OTHER INCOME - Award letter or Statement from Social Security, Retirement(s), Pension(s), VA Benefits, School Grants &/or Student Loan(s), Disability, Unemployment, Passport to Services from Human Service Dept., Child support
SELF EMPLOYMENT - Last year's tax return, business records for the current and prior year, proof of business expense
ASSET-BANK ACCOUNT(S) - Current savings account statement, AND the last 6 consecutive months of Checking Account statements
